Founded by Daphné Meeus in 2019, Daphné Meeus Interiors is driven by a clear ambition: to create interiors that embody a strong architectural vision, with a particular focus on living spaces and a meticulous attention to construction details and craftsmanship.
The studio believes that aesthetics should bridge past and present in order to remain meaningful for future generations. Its approach blends genres, periods, and materials to create eclectic spaces imbued with warmth and depth.
Based in Brussels, the studio works on both residential and hospitality projects, guiding clients through the renovation of apartments, townhouses, farmhouses, and most recently, a countryside hotel. From the design of structural layouts to the selection of furniture and objects, each project is approached with the aim of bringing coherence and soul to every space.
Hospitality projects hold a special place in the studio’s practice, with a strong emphasis on imagining the experience a person will live and feel as they move through a designed space.
Daphné Meeus Interiors also regularly undertakes projects abroad, particularly in France. Working across different countries continually enriches the practice, offering exposure to new construction methods, design perspectives, and cultural references.

Denise is a tableware brand created by Daphné Meeus, with each piece designed by her and handmade in Portugal.
Denise was born from a childhood shaped by hospitality. Growing up in a family where having guests over was part of everyday life, large tables were constantly being set, bringing together people of all generations and backgrounds, and enriching each gathering with new stories and perspectives.
At the heart of these memories lies what Denise stands for: simple pleasures. Being together. Connecting. Letting go. Laughing. Sharing good food, drinks, and even better company.
As an interior designer and lifelong lover of table settings, creating objects for everyday rituals felt like a natural extension of her work. Through Denise, Daphné Meeus designs tableware meant to bring warmth, character, and a sense of celebration to daily life—pieces created to set tables for surprises.
