CROISSANT
A former cannabis plantation transformed into a luminous three-bedroom apartment.
Rather than dividing the oversized warehouse with walls, the project uses topography to structure the space. By lowering the living room, distinct atmospheres emerge naturally: dining above, lounging below, while preserving the openness of the original hangar.
From the sunken living room, the eye aligns directly with the garden outside, anchoring the interior within its landscape and allowing the kitchen and dining room to exist independently without added partitions.
Integrated woodwork conceals storage, a colorful bar, and the entrance to the main bedroom, extending into the suite to hide access to the bathroom.
The apartment balances minimalism with vibrant touches of color, always designed to let light flow freely throughout the space.
